The start of your journey will be visiting Sakkara, which is located 27 kilometers away from Cairo. The vast necropolis is home to eleven pyramids in total - the burial places of the Old Kingdom Pharaohs - amongst which several are magnificent examples of ancient art and architecture.

Next step to the Giza Plateau to see the oldest of the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World. Get breathtaking views of the Pyramids of Giza as you explore the Khufu (and sometimes called Cheops, or the Great Pyramid), Khafre, and Menkaure.
